Sarmatians and Dacians, and Scythians
The figures represent, from left to right: two Sarmatian warriors, a Dacian king, two Scythian warriors, and a Scythian prince. The Sarmatians occupied the area along the lower Don River around the 3rd century to the 2nd century ; the Scythians occupied an area in Eastern Europe on the north shore of the Black Sea and were replaced by the Sarmatians in the 3rd century ; and the Dacians occupied the region of the Roman Empire that is roughly modern day Transylvania and Romania.
