Alex Cheij, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 8, return to the surface after conducting a reconnaissance dive outside of the harbor in Liepaja, Latvia, Aug. 28, during Baltic Partnership 2015. Baltic Partnership 2015 is a mine countermeasures (MCM) engagement between Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and United States MCM divers to clear World War II-era ordnance from the Baltic Sea.
