The north-eastern boundary walls of the early C18th Deer Park at Penmon, Anglesey, built of limestone rubble from the Penmon quarries.
The north-eastern boundary of the early C18th Deer Park at Penmon. A break reveals the core and tapering profile (batter) of the wall built of limestone rubble from the Penmon quarries. Deer were kept here by the Bulkeley family until the social upheavels of World War One. The Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path runs along the outside of the wall.
