In the latter year he came to Billings ascommissioner and secretary and treasurer of theMontana Coal Operators .Association. His officesare in the Securities Building. Mr. Purcell is alsodirector of the Vandor Mining Company. Politically he is independent, is a member of theCatholic Church, is a third degree Knight of Colum-bus, being affiliated with Billings Council No. 1259,and is a member of the Loyal Order of Moose,.
