Brushes,Scrapers and Stirrers

These brushes, scrapers and stirring sticks are used by fishermen at Dungeness to paint their boats and possibly their houses and rather than discard them, they are when worn out placed in the ground for a decorative effect from a distance, to me they looked like flowers.
