Lt. Gen. L. Scott Rice, Director of the Air National Guard, recognizes Master Sgt. Dawn Kloos, 225th Air Defense Group, for recently being named the First Air Force First Sergeant of the Year. Rice spent the day visiting two Washington Air National Guard units: the Western Air Defense Sector at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and the 194th Wing at Camp Murray.
