180403-N-YM543-120 YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 3, 2018) - Afloat Training Group member, Chief Electrician's Mate Benjamin Lorenzo, from Berwyn, Ill., gives tag-out training to crew members of USS Blue Ridge in preparation of the ship's Mobility-Engineering (MOB-E) certification.
