Lt. Col. Martin Jennings, Joint Task Force Bravo deputy commander presides over a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new Continuing Education Services Center, hosted by Army Support Activity at Soto Cano Air Base, September 20, 2018. The 25,000 square feet facility replaces a 32 year old wooden complex and contains brand new equipment and furniture. The building has classrooms, testing center and offices that will help service members feel comfortable during their training needs.
