061208-N-1960H-012 Pacific Ocean (Dec. 8, 2006) - An air department Sailor sprays down the superstructure of USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) with a fire hose during a scrubbing exercise. Near the end of every deployment, Sailors scrub down the entire flight deck, bow to stern, to remove any oily waste and dirt accumulated from day-to-day flight operations.
