This wide-angle long exposure image captures the flow of gin-clear water over the pebbles and stones of the unusual semi-circular weir at Raper Lodge on the River Lathkill, Peak District National Park, Derbyshire. The weir is part of the Duke's Beat, one of the best brown-trout fishing waters in England. The water here flows from the Lathkill Dale National Nature Reserve. The image is taken on a mid-summer evening.
