Troopers of Regimental Headquarters Headquarters Troop, Pioneer Squadron, 3d Cavalry Regiment, work to erect a tent Dec. 1, 2015, that will hold the 3d Cav. Tactical Operations Center in the ranges of Fort Hood. The TOC is the epicenter of the Regiment with all information coming through it for the commander during the training exercise.
