The latter section, supplied bythe Millbrae sub-station, includes almost allthe interurban portion of the road, althoughthe Geneva Avenue sub-station has sufficientcapacity to supply both the suburban and in-terurban sections, and enable the Millbraesub-station to be closed down when the rushhours are over, but this necessitates trans-mitting power for about T4 miles. It is beingdone, however, with fair success, through theaid of sufficient feed wire and a good returnc
