The document was adopted today at a special session of the Verkhovna Rada, the initiative has supported 271 MP. His project presented deputy of "Self Help" Anna Gopko. She spoke of the need to recognize the Russian aggressor state, accused of involvement in the Russian bombardment of Mariupol and unwillingness to perform Minsk agreement on a ceasefire in the Donbass. Deputies in response chanted "Glory to Ukraine!".
