They are made of No. 16gage steel plate which is pressed into a U-shape, theflanges of this being securely riveted to the side outside of each post above the side girder is cov-ered with a No. 16 gage plate that is riveted to theflanges of the U. The inside of the post is coveredwith No. 18 gage sheet steel that is molded into properform to take the rack for the window fasteners and toprovide runways for the curtain fixtures.
