Reference to the victory in the navigation battle at Doggersbank on August 5, 1781 between the Dutch and the English fleet and the death of Wolter Jan Gerrit Baron Bentinck on 23/24 August 1781. Performance on a silk ribbon that was worn on the hat as decoration.
