Daniel Cathell, an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter pilot and Petty Officer 1st class Justin Robert, an aviation maintenance technician both assigned to Sector Columbia River receive the 2015 MH-60 Standardization Excellence Award during a formal awards ceremony at Sector Columbia River in Warrenton, Ore., Nov. 21, 2016.
