The Generation of Possibilities, the plaque. Sculpture of magnetism on Altrincham Street in Manchester. The sculpture was created by Paul Frank Lewthwaite and was the winner of a national competition to mark the 175th anniversary of Umist in 1999. Umist is the University of Manchester.
