Senior Airman Kyle Engasser, 384th ARS boom operator, helps Esmeralda Quinonez-Jauregui, 11-year-old leukemia survivor and honorary 'Pilot for a Day,' simulate in-flight refueling in an use a KC-135 Stratotanker Boom Operator Weapon System Trainer, June 27, 2013, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Esmeralda and her family toured the base with members of the 384th ARS as part of the 'Pilot for a Day' program, an Air Force program that allows medically-challenged youth a chance to visit bases and become part of the Air Force family.
