A helmet for the Garde Nationale, Restoration Period A tall two-piece leather skull with silver-plated mountings in fine relief and a horsehair crest. Large plate bearing the Bourbon fleur-de-lys under a crown. Metal chinscales backed with velvet on sunburst rosettes, each with a fleur-de-lys overlay.
