Integument with the dull and shining parts as described for genus; dull, matt thorax above and metanotum finely leathery in appearance; dull discal parts of tergites of abdomen due to dark dull tomentum; integument of abdomen transversely striate, more evident on less dull and more shining sides of tergites and on venter; shining integument of legs also with fine transverse striae. Vestiture mainly pale; longish hairs on each side of vertex, on frons anteriorly, clypeus and sparsely on head below entirely snow whitish; fine shortish ones on disc of thorax gleaming silky or even silvery in certain lights; longer, more apparently serrated, ones on sides of thorax, notopleural part, base of thorax, on postalar calli, scutellum, posterior part of mesopleuron, on pteropleuron, in front of halteres, on tergite 1 (especially sides) and on posterior.
