CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (Jan. 18, 2017) –Marine Corps Maj. Gen. David W. Coffman, deputy commanding general of 1 Marine Expeditionary Force and commanding general of 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade, and Capt. “Rocky” Rochford, commanding officer of Naval Beach Group 1, board Assault Craft Unit 5’s Landing Craft, Air Cushion 82 on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Coffman was touring NBG 1’s subordinate commands that were conducting amphibious and security exercises.
