Members of the 164th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Tennessee Air National Guard, and a Marine from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, load packaged water from the Federal Emergency Management Agency on to a UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter at an air terminal near St. Croix’s airport, Sept. 11. In a joint effort, Virgin Islands National Guard members, Airmen, Marines and Navy members moved personnel and tremendous amounts of cargo from St. Croix to St. Thomas and St. John, Virgin Islands to aid Hurricane Irma recovery relief efforts.
