The Eglise Notre Dame was built in 1881 on the Place de la Liberté. The largest church in Saint-Chamond (France) has been missing a spire since the roof truss fell into disrepair. It has been closed for services since 2004. The church in the center of Saint-Chamond (France) will be deconsecrated in the summer of 2022 and henceforth used for cultural purposes
