Beacon Mill, or New Mill, is a Grade II listed smock mill at Rottingdean, East Sussex, England

Beacon Mill, or New Mill, is a Grade II listed smock mill at Rottingdean, East Sussex, England. It was built in 1802 and working until 1881. Demolition was considered in 1890 but the Marquis of Abergavenny had it renovated in 1905. Derelict again in the 1920a, it was restored in 1935. In 1969, a stell frame was put in to support the mill and new sails fitted. The steel frame was extended into the cap in 1974. Beacon Mill is a three-storey smock mill on a single-storey brick base. It has a Kentish-style cap, and four Patent sails. It originally had a fantail, but this is now missing. It is now looked after by Rottingdean Preservation Society.
