On Bom Jesus do Tocantins' soccer field, indigenous players from the Gaviao Kyikateje club warm up before a Para championship match. Gaviao Kyikateje became the first indigenous women's soccer team in Brazilian history to compete in a professional league. In the Amazon, in the state of Para, indigenous women see soccer as a new opportunity to be seen and heard. Unfortunately, this does not prevent racism and discrimination.
