Walter Doran, Commander, Pacific Fleet, presented the officers and Sailors of the guided missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59) the 2003 Spokane Trophy award. Princeton was awarded the trophy after displaying overall excellence in surface ship combat system readiness and warfare operations during work-ups and missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
