SAN DIEGO (Feb. 2, 2017) Navy Diver 1st Class Gabriel Buttler, assigned to Undersea Rescue Command (URC), performs a maintenance check on the hydraulic manipulators of a remotely operated vehicle. URC is the Navy’s only submarine rescue-capable command and is always on call and ready to deploy around the world in the event of a submarine emergency.
