Navy SEAL Chief Boatswain's Mat Kenneth Stethem, retired, speaks at a change of command ceremony aboard the guided missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63) in Yokosuka, Japan, Nov. 20, 2012. The ship was named for Stethem's brother, Steelworker 2nd Class Robert Stethem. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Michael B. Devore was relieved by Cmdr. Michael W. Adams.
