The upperteeth back of the cuspid are: (1) theartificial premolar. (2) the first pre-molar. (3) the artificial molar, (4) thesecond premolar, and (5) the firstmolar. The facial casts were made at ten and seventeen years of age. The front occlusalmodels were made from modeling compound impressions pressed against the frontteeth with the dentures in masticating occlusion.
