The Charminar is a monument and mosque in Hyderabad, India. built in 1591 AD. one of the most famous buildings in by Muhammad Quli Qutb Shahi to celebrate the end of a deadly Charminar lies near the bank of the river Musi,Laad Bazaar and Makkah Masjid. Charminar translate as Four Towers in clock on the four cardinal directions was added in 1889. History says that Quil Qutb Shahi prayed for the end of the plague and vowed to build a mosque if it was eradicated. Mir Momin Astarabadi, the prime minister of Qutb Shah state played an important role in the design and layout of Charminar and the city of Hyderabad. The architecture style is of Indo-Islamic and Persian city was divided into four divisions equally around the Charminar.
