Fore wing brown, the medial area and apex tinged with lilacine grey; an oblique patch from base of eosta to inner margin before middle defined on outer side by black and also sometimes slightly by white; traces of a dark antemedial line, oblique from costa to submedian fold, then bent inwards to the basal patch ; a black discoidal point and traces of a dark annulus representing the reni- form ; postmedial line dark defined on outer side by grey, strongly.
