The "Jigger Room" at the Killhope Lead Mining Museum in the North Pennines, England.
In 1870 the lead mine at Killhope in the North Pennines of England was one of the richest and most prosperous in Britain. A hundred years later the site lay derelict. Since then, it has been restored as a museum to the lead mining industry, with a working waterwheel driving reconstructed machinery in the "Jigger Room" and escorted tours down a real mine shaft.
