On the occasion of the Renzi-Hollande summit meeting in Venice, a thousand people march through Venice, to protest against Libya war and against great works such as the Turin-Lion high-speed rail and oil-well drilling. Delegations of many movements arrived from all over Italy : NO TAV, NO TRIV, NO MOSE; NO DAL MOLIN, NO GRANDI NAVI. In addition to the march along the Venice streets, a procession of boats in the San Marco waterfront engages the Police, in the attempt toreach the summit seat, at Palazzo Ducale : akirmishes with rammings, smoke-bombs and water-jets. The Italian Navy amphibius warfare ship Sanj Marco is moored in the San Marco waterfront.
