A model 1814 cuirass for enlisted men,of the Gardes du Corps Regiment An iron cuirass mounted with tombac. Breastplate stamped "GdC",4C14"(effaced),and "10C37". Breast shield removed. Back is stamped "GdC8C". The two pieces do not match. Light,somewhat stained,linen lining. Owner's label in back,bearing the name "Berke". Marks of wear and use.
