Sailors from Naval Air Facility Misawa Security Department take part in the 2013 Navy Misawa Boat Regatta, Aug. 16, 2013. Naval Air Facility Misawa organizes this annual event with each team tasked with building a vessel from non-boating materials. The teams then take turns racing around Misawa Air Base's Lake Ogawara. Misawa Air Base is a military installation located in northern Japan.
