David Leung 1911, by Fred Holland Day (1864--1933), American photographer and publisher. He was prominent in literary and photography circles in the late 19th century and was a leading Pictorialist. He was an early and vocal advocate for accepting photography as a fine art. David G. Leung was born in San Francisco in 1893.
