Air Force Brig. Gen. Konata Crumbly, the director of the joint staff of the Georgia National Guard, issues the oath of office to Army Maj. Jeremiah Laxson, the executive secretary of the director of the joint staff, Feb. 26, 2021, at Clay National Guard Center in Marietta, Georgia. Laxson relinquished his Army commission to accept commission as an Air Force officer in the Georgia Air National Guard.
