Aster, New Giant White Branching—This grand American novelty produces magnificent, large, double white flowers) quite four inches in diameter, which are borne upon long stems, making it excellent for cutting. The long, broad petals, are frequently twisted and curled in such a manner as to give the blossoms the appearance of large, graceful Chrysanthemums-, a novelty of unusual merit. Per pkt. 15c. A Long-Sought-for Novelty, The Yellow Aster. Aftei the many vain attempts of years past a Yellow Aster has really been produced. Just how far "Nature has been made more beautiful thereby" we leave to the individual judgement of each planter, but are sure that many will welcome the unexpected novelty of a Yellow Aster. The form of the double flower is a perfect ball; the quills close together and of the brightest sulphur-yellow, not a mere indication of the color, as in former efforts. The border petals are broad and of a lighter tint, seeming to enclose the flower like an old-fashioned boquet paper. The flowers are borne upon *ong, erect stems, excellent for cut- ting. The plants, twelve to fifteen Inches high, are of com- pact, bushy growth, and most abundant bloomer. Per packet, 15 cents.
