GOLDEN TANKARD MANGEL-WURTZEL BEET- This is decidedly the finest mangei in culti- vation; the flesh rich golden yellow, exceed- ingly nutritious. It is early, hardy, and a very heavy cropper. The Golden Tankard has quickly taken the lead of other varieties. It contains a large per- centage of sugar and is much relished by milch cows and sheep. It is one of the best of keepers.
