Spc. Jacob Watkins, Alabama National Guard, was presented the Overall Individual Aggregate Champion plaque by Col. Andy Bussell, the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center commander, during the 2021 Chief, National Guard Bureau Postal Matches—Phase III awards ceremony on May 21 at Camp Butner Training Center, Hampton, North Carolina. Watkins claimed this title with a score of 2768-40X, and with a score of 1790-23X he, also, claimed the title of Individual Rifle Aggregate Champion.
