Boatman on flooded Taung Tha Man Lake, Amarapura, Myanmar

After torrential rains in October, 2013, much of the country side around Amarapura, Myanmar was flooded, including Taung Tha Man Lake, which is crossed by the famous U Bein Bridge. Boatmen in their double tailed boats, with lucky eyes on the prow, wait by the edge of the bridge to take tourist out to photograph the bridge from the water.
