Soldiers from the 402nd Civil Affairs Battalion and the 613th Military Police Detention Company attended the Yellow Ribbon event in San Juan, Puerto Rico, as they perpare for their imminent deployments. Yellow Ribbon has been designed to support Soldiers and their families pre, during and post deployment by providing them with information about the resources and benefits available to them.
