SAIPAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Feb. 6, 2019) – Sophia Geisinger sings the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands’ territorial anthem, Gi Talo Gi Halom Tasi, during the closing ceremony for the Joint Task Group Engineer Feb. 6. The ceremony was held to mark the end of Department of Defense relief and recovery efforts in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and CNMI’s civil and local authorities from the devastating impacts of Super Typhoon Yutu, which hit the commonwealth Oct. 25, 2018.
