Sgt. Ramon Melocarela, an Army Reserve mental health specialist with the 113th Med Co, Combat Stress, gives a blanket to an Iraqi woman and her child at the Civil Military Operations Center, Camp Victory, Iraq. Sgt. Melocarela, originally from the Dominican Republic recently attained his Citizenship while serving in Iraq. He regularly visits the center with donated items that he has been collecting for months from his riends and neighbors in Puerto Rico.
