MANAMA, Bahrain (June 14, 2017) The color guard presents the colors during a change of command ceremony where Capt. Darren B. Guenther relieved Capt. Cory R. Howes as commanding officer of NSA Bahrain. As the persistent shore presence in the Arabian Gulf, NSA Bahrain provides an operational platform for , allied, and partner nations to have a forward deployed naval force ready to be where they are needed, when they are needed to ensure security and stability in the region.
