Hind wing ochreous white suffused with brown; a slight dark terminal line; cilia ochreous white with a dark line through them; the underside whitish irro- rated with brown, a slight discoidal point and sinuous postmedial line. Ab. 1. vulgivacja. Head and thorax redder with hardly any black; fore wing red mixed with purple-grey and wifhout tho whitish areas, the terminal area blackish except at apex. Hah.
