Always a complete stock and prompt service MINIMUM ORDER, $ All tluougli tlic List week the (leinaiul for cut .'itock was steady each day, as tlie retailers had a splendid week's busi- ness. Their' was a fjreat amount of society work and many weddings. The supjily at the various markets was much lietter tlian during the week jirevious and another week will see an end of tlie shortage tliat has existed since the first of the year. Lent began this week and the demand for social affairs will take a decided drop. Tliere is exjiected a large crop of roses and carn.'itions by the end of the week. Prices will drop .'ictordingly. The bright, warm days have caused street- corner lldwer venders to open their stands and they did a rushing business at prices more reasonable than at the stores. Koses arc showing impio\ement in siip(>ly" and rjiiality. Premier, K'ussell and ()])lielia are showing fiii(> color, as arc Columbia and Milady. Prices are still n|i to those of last week, but promise to come down soon. Carnation prices are down and some excellent stock was sold as low as .$5 and $») per huiidre<l in large lots, as the snpi)ly has gri'atly increased over the previous week. Violets were down as low as ."id cents per hundred in large lots. There. uffalo NEW YORK
