A pair of percussion pistols, Tanner of Hanover, circa 1850 Damascus barrels with smooth bores in 16 mm calibre, on barrel tops signed, patent breech blocks and tangs engraved. Rear-positioned percussion locks with nipple protectors, lock plates with tendril engravings. Full stocks with en suite engraved iron furniture. Mounted iron ramrods. Forearms partly with light tension cracks. Length 34 cm. Cf.
