H. Stutsman, Frank .Sco- ville, W. R. Powell. N. W. Blanchard. \V. G. Fraser, F. Q. Story. E. F. \'ar presidents: G. W. Felts, secretary J. L. Merrill, cashier, and W. T. L. Ham- mond, treasurer. In explanation of the basis of opera- lion in which the public is interested as well as fruit growers, a few words from the address "to all exchange members," signed by the full board of sixteen di- rectors of the exchange may appropri- ately be given: "The California Fruit Agency . . for the exchange, shippers and groweirs ; is organized, on a co-operative basis .... with similar aims and policies
