160404-N-MD297-023 PANAMA CITY (April 4, 2016) - Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen (DDG 82) man the rails on the fo'c'sle as the ship departs Panama City after a port visit. Lassen is currently underway in support of Operation Martillo, a joint operation with the Coast Guard and partner nations within the 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
